Context and objectives

Internal audit, essential tool of the improvement in the company, must be able to adapt to the needs of the company and to the evolutions brought by the version 2015 of the norm ISO 9001 and by the version 2018 of the norm ISO 19011 relating to the audit of management systems. That's why we offer you training to update your knowledge and skills as a quality internal auditor by integrating the changes of the 2018 version of ISO 19011 in all phases of the audit process. The objective of this training is to allow participants to:

  • Upgrade his skills as an internal auditor Quality with regard to the new requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 19011: 2018 and appendix SL (HLS) standards;
  • Prepare, lead and develop the skills required to effectively audit a QMS in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 19011: 2018;
  • Acquire the methodology and tools to assess and integrate the "auditability" of the new requirements of ISO 9001: 2015;
  • Conduct your audits by adopting, in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 19011: 2018, a risk-based approach taking into account risks and opportunities when planning, carrying out and preparing the audit report.
  • Take note of the vigilance points to be assessed to ensure the evolution of the QMS and its suitability for the new requirements of the 2015 version.
