Context and objectives of the training

In order to guarantee the health of the citizens, and the quality, efficiency and safety of use of the cosmetics and personal hygiene products put at their disposal. provision, the standardization of the manufacture of cosmetics is necessary. To this end, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has developed ISO 22716, which describes the basic principles of how to apply Good Manufacturing Practices in a facility producing finished cosmetic products. This training aims to:

  • Understand the basic principles of cosmetic GMP.
  • Know the requirements and characteristics of the ISO 22716 standard to enable you to put in place the necessary provisions to comply with it

This training is intended for companies manufacturing, packaging, analyzing, subcontracting Cosmetics products and particularly:

  • Quality Manager ;
  • Responsible for the safety of cosmetic products;
  • Consultants in quality management system.
  • Framework in the cosmetics industry

Content

Requirements of NMISO 22716

  • Know and master the requirements of the Moroccan standard NM ISO 22716;
  • Discover all aspects of good manufacturing practices (GMP) related to cosmetic products;
  • To know how to promote and animate GMP daily.

Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Know the fundamentals of good manufacturing practices

The NM ISO 22716 repository

  • Know and understand the NM ISO 22716 standard;
  • To be able to analyze, evaluate and prevent the risks inherent to the cosmetic products and processes of his company;
  • Practical example of a BPF approach.

Good Hygiene Practices (BPH)

  • Know the main sources of contamination of cosmetic products;
  • To understand, in order to better apply them, all procedures and instructions relating to the hygiene and safety of cosmetic products in the company;
  • To be able to identify any situation or event that could lead to a risk related to the safety of consumer cosmetics.
