• Anyone wishing to understand the requirements of metrology: quality managers, technical managers or laboratory managers, technicians, auditors.

• Resources needed for setting up the metrology function in the laboratory;
• Implementation of a measurement management system according to ISO 10012;

Notions on the calculation of measurement uncertainties

• Mistakes ;
