Goals

• Acquire the tools and methods to efficiently build and maintain an EMS (Environmental Management System);
• Master the architecture and requirements of ISO 14001: 2015;
• Ensure performance, measure the achievement of the objectives of its system and drive continuous improvement;
• Obtain / renew ISO 14001 certification.

• Anyone involved in the construction and / or piloting of an Environmental Management System (EMS).

Content

1. Issues and interests of an Environmental Management System (EMS) • integrate environmental policy into its organization • register in a recognition system

2. Principles of ISO 14001: 2015 • PDCA approach • regulatory conformity • HLS structure of the 2015 version of ISO 14001

Workshop: bring the requirements of the new standard closer to the concrete actions to be carried out by the company (environmental policy, planning, implementation and operation, documentary system, controls and corrective actions, audit, management review)

3. From the environmental policy to the action plan • setting up of the steering committee and definition of the calendar • drafting the environmental policy • environmental aspects / impacts • environmental objectives and planning

4. Successful operational implementation • roles, responsibilities and authorities • train and sensitize staff • internal / external communication • documented information • emergency preparedness and response

5. Evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement • monitoring procedure • regulatory watch • obtain certification and renew it
