Several standards exist today to ensure food safety through a food safety management system (SMSDA), including ISO 22000, which is an internationally recognized reference system. To ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the ISO 22000 SMSDA internally or externally, an effective and relevant audit with high added value for the company must be carried out, hence the objective of this training which aims at the qualification of auditors to facilitate the harmonization of auditing skills and methodologies for internal needs, the evaluation of suppliers, or the performance of external audits. It enables the auditor to validate his knowledge of ISO 22000: 2005, in audit management, and to obtain a certificate from a recognized organization.

Professional experience in the food industry with a good knowledge of ISO 22000 / HACCP or similar standards.

Module 2: AUDIT METHODOLOGY BASED ON ISO 19011 GUIDELINES AND ISO 22000 V2018 SPECIFICITIES: Prepare the audit • Mandate, Preliminary Analysis, Plan and Audit Guide Perform the audit / • animation of the opening meeting / • interview techniques: interview guide, note taking • The key points of communication • detection and highlighting of discrepancies Conclude the audit: • Synthesis and formalization of the gaps • Preparation and animation of the closing meeting / • Drafting of the audit report assess the relevance of corrective actions proposed by the auditees
